Recipe: Blue Cheese Burgers

Recipe: Blue Cheese Burgers


1/4 lb. blue cheese crumbled

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1/2 C. fresh minced chives

1/8 t. Tabasco sauce

1 t. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 t. dry mustard

salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat your grill to high heat.

Shape into 6 patties. Cook about 11 - 13 minutes or desired doneness.

Serve on hamburger buns
