Recipe: Bounty Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups coconut (dry grated)
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup butter
1 cup cream
½ cup castor sugar
8 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup chocolate cereal (optional)
Method:
In a bowl mix coconut and condensed milk until it turns into a dough.
Make balls of two inches diametre out of the dough.
Freeze the balls for five to six hours.
In a pan melt butter and add cocoa powder along with sugar.
Cook on a low flame.
Add the cream and bring to a boil.
Remove from flame.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Dip all the balls in the mixture one at a time.
Again freeze for five to six hours.
Before serving make a layer of cereal for garnishing.
Put the bounty balls on it and serve chilled.
