Recipe: Fried Prawns

Ingredients:

1/2 kg prawns
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 ½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Pinch of baking powder



Method:
Soak prawns in salt for an hour to remove the smell.
Make a paste of all the ingredients and add prawns to it.
Marinate the prawns for a while and then deep fry.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
