Stuffed Tindas

1 INGREDIENTS


Tindas 200 gms
Chilli and coriander powder 1 tsp
Lime 1/2
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coconut 30 gms
Mava 60 gms
Sugar a pinch
Garam masala a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Coriander leaves

2 COOKING DIRECTIONS


Wash the tindas and peel them.
Cut a slice of the top and scoop out the seeds.
Mix together chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder, few chopped green coriander leaves;
lime juice, grated coconut, mava, garam masala, salt and sugar. Stuff the tindas with the prepared mixture.
Put the top slices back.
Cook covered on moderate heat till the tindas are soft.
