Recipe: Afghani qorma
Ingredients:
1 kg beef or mutton
1 inch ginger, thinly sliced
2 cups oil
2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp coriander powder
4 onions, blended
3 green chillies, sliced
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and drain the beef.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion paste and stir for four to five minutes.
Add beef with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper and coriander powder.
Cook the ingredients on low heat till oil separates from the gravy.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with ginger slices and green chillies.
