Recipe: Fruit Yoghurt

Ingredients:

1 kg yoghurt
1 tin condensed milk
1 packet pineapple or mango jelly
1 cup pineapple or mango cubes
1 cup cream
1 tbsp gelatin




Method:
Mix yoghurt, condensed milk, jelly powder, cream and beat well.
Mix gelatin powder with pineapple juice and heat over hot water.
Add to the yog- hurt mixture and mix well.
Put in a dish and leave to set in the freezer or fridge.
Garnish with pineapple slices and serve.
