Ladyfinger Bhindi Bhujia

Ladyfinger Bhindi Bhujia
1 INGREDIENTS
Ladyfingers(cut into small Pieces) 1 kg
Salt as per taste
Onions (finely Sliced) 2 medium
Garlic Cloves 6-8
Tomatoes(finely Sliced) 3 medium
Whole Red Chillies 6-8
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Cooking Oil
2 COOKING DIRECTIONS
In a pot, slightly heat Cooking Oil on medium heat for 2-3 minutes and fry the onions till golden.
Add garlic, cumin and red chillies and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add ladyfingers and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Then add salt and turmeric and mix well.
Add tomatoes in the end, cover and simmer on low heat till tomatoes are tender.
Dish out and serve hot with chappatis.
