Sauted Cauliflower Gobi

1 INGREDIENTS

* Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
* Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
* Green Chillies(chopped) 3
* Onion(finely chopped) 1
* Fresh Ginger (chopped) 1"
* Cauliflower florets 1 cup
* Carrot(finely chopped) 1
* Green Peas 3 tbsp
* Salt to taste
* Butter 2 tbsp
* Oil 1 tbsp
*
* Garnish:
* Coriander (chopped)

2 COOKING DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oil in a wok and splutter mustard & cumin seeds.
2. Add urad daal, salt, green chillies, ginger & onions.
3. Saute onion till soft.
4. Add all the vegetables,mix cover, and allow to cook.
5. Adgust salt, if necessary.
6. Stir for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve with chappatis.
